Survey - Markings on Residential Bikeways

The City is conducting a survey regarding markings along residential bikeways until September 7th, 2016. Have your say in the type of markings you prefer at...

Keep in mind this is residential bikeways, not bike lanes, cycle tracks, etc.

Personally, I like Sharrows because they are big and visible compared to the smaller circular markings (no not because of any purported safety “benefits”).

Big and Visible

They're big and visible the day they paint them, they're almost invisible after a season.  When you're riding down the road and you spot what used to be a bike lane marking faded, ground down and half-covered with fresh asphalt and you realized they marked the street with sharrows once and then forgot about them.

(not the worst example, just the first I could find)
